چکیده
Abstract In order to study the seismic performance of steel tube bundle composite shear wall with different constructions. Based on failure tests three specimens without end, studs and stiffener, a feasible numerical model is established by ABAQUS. The hysteresis curve energy dissipation coefficient, skeleton ductility were further analyses varying axial compression ratio spacing internal diaphragm. results show that stud group stiffener can effectively improve horizontal bearing capacity, capacity wall. Under condition low ratio, member increased 6.3%; high members stiffeners 4.5%; change between inner diaphragms walls has little effect their ductility.

Finite Element Instability Analysis of the Steel Joist of Continuous Composite Beams with Flexible Shear Connectors
Composite steel/concrete beams may buckle in hogging bending regions. As the top flange of I-beam in that arrangement is restricted from any translational deformation and twist, the web will distort during buckling presenting a phenomenon often described as restricted distortional buckling. There are limited studies available in the literature of restricted distortional buckling of composite st...
متن کاملFinite Element Method for Static Cyclic Behavior of Steel Shear Wall with Corrugated Plates
The system of steel shear wall is an initiative resistance system against the lateral load such as an earthquake and the wind that has been researched in the last three decades. Currently, this system is noticed more than other systems because of adequate stiffness, ductility, and more energy absorption. The system of steel shear wall with corrugated sheets has been offered as an innovative sys...
متن کاملComparison of plasticity and stiffness of steel shear walls with composite steel plate shear wall
The steel shear wall and composite steel plate shear wall is introduced in recent three decade and is considered and is spread rapidly. Composite steel plate shear wall which is made of a layer of thin steel sheet with coating of reinforced concrete in one or both sides of steel palate is considered a third generation of resistance shear walls against lateral loads that in addition to increasin...
متن کاملFinite Element Response Sensitivity Analysis of Steel-Concrete Composite Beams with Deformable Shear Connection
The behavior of steel-concrete composite beams is strongly influenced by the type of shear connection between the steel beam and the concrete slab. For accurate analytical predictions, the structural model must account for the interlayer slip between these two components. In numerous engineering applications e.g., in the fields of structural optimization, structural reliability analysis, and fi...
متن کاملFinite Element Analysis of Thin Steel Plate Shear Walls
Steel plate shear walls (SPSWs) in buildings are known to be an effective means for resisting lateral forces. By using un-stiffened walls and allowing them to buckle, their energy absorption capacity will increase significantly due to the postbuckling capacity. The post-buckling tension field action of SPSWs can provide substantial strength, stiffness and ductility. This paper presents the Fini...
